Awesome to hear! Well done! I have a similar story that I shared on this sub. Not gonna go into it again but the only way to overcome it is to face it head on. It’s counterintuitive and scary but it helps to reduce anxiety! Heads-up, it never goes away entirely. Im in a good place but Its always there ready to creep back up, especially when I have bad sleep or stress from life. But thats the fun part, it keeps us sharp and on our toes. Congratulations
