Yep, I don’t think I’d take them forever, even though SSRI meds are very well tolerated for prolonged periods. In my line of work where I’m constantly on conference calls, I find it helps with my anxiety. I’ve cut out everything that I know exacerbates my stutter (caffeine, sugary crap), and I’m pretty fluent nowadays, with an occasional block here and there if I’m emotionally heightened for whatever reason.
