Yes, there is. Please consider survivorship bias when you take a look at this community. (Or kind of an inverse one, as it were.) There are only a few of us who have achieved fluency and participate here. I come here primarily to advocate that people can achieve fluency. I suspect most people who have achieved fluency aren't coming around this sub. Which means that most here are disfluent.
