I think about this a lot too. Stuttering sucks so much and it just makes every little thing difficult. I think it’s probably best that we don’t judge ourselves as much on outcomes but rather on actions. Even if we have difficulty talking in harsh situations, still give yourself a pat on the back for putting yourself out there and making the effort to speak
