I used to really suck at interviews when I first did them. Here are some things that helped me improve - on a document such as OneNote or Google docs, create a list of common questions and dot point answers, exactly how you would asnwer the question - practice in front of a picture on your computer screen of scary people sitting with suits on - practice with family and friends - keep doing interviews till you get more comfortable
