You should absolutely wait it out. “You got this” is condescending as hell😂. That’s something you tell your dog or child when they’re doing something challenging. Unless of course, they can not get the word out for a while. If it’s too long, they may appreciate if you help them. Just don’t be condescending. We’re extremely sensitive to that and we feel really infantilized when people treat us like we’re different.
