One thing is pws have to learn is not let external things affect us. I know it’s much difficult said than done. I recommend you to look into some kind of meditation or spiritual practice that focuses on you inner self. This won’t cure your stutter but it has helped me immensely to detach from fear of other people’s judgement. As a side effect, it has helped regulate my breathing when I speak, and reduced the intensity of my blocks.
