The teacher doesn't care

The teacher doesn't care My english teacher, who already doesn't like me, is starting to mark me down points on public speaking because "im not confident enough." If you know me, you know i am overly confident, but because i stutter, she thinks i am shy. She knows I stutter and that I have special accommodations for things like public speaking and such. I have had a stutter for just about 14 years. (All I can remember) This is my teacher who has never cared about my stutter. (3rd year having her, and she has always done it, but it is getting worse recently) What do you recommend because she knows and she doesn't care. TLDR - My teacher is pretty much marking me down for having a stutter and stuttering during public speaking.
