That’s repetition, the classic repetition is part-word (b-b-b-because), but full word repetitions are still stutters (because because because). Some schools have speech pathologists to help kids who stutter, but if you’re really worried, you can go to a private speech pathologist at any age. TL;DR it’s called full word repetition
