Mentioning your stuttering to co-workers

Mentioning your stuttering to co-workers Hi all, First post here. I have a question regarding stuttering and having to do professional presentations. My co-workers think it would be a good idea if I'm the one to give the yearly presentation to a group of new co-workers. I did it last year and it worked out fine, more or less. Point is I (surprise surprise) stutter (or rather stammer). The severity of my stammering has varied throughout my life and in comparison to last year it is definitely worse. Though I should mention it's nowhere near as bad as at my worst time. It'd hate if if my new co-workers first impression of me is me giving a confusing presentation with tense muscles and a red face and would much rather get to know them one-on-one first before making people uncomfortable in (unavoidable) later presentations. I would like to point out to my co-workers that it would make so much more sense if someone without a speech disorder were to present to the group, but at the same time I don't want to make my stammering bigger than it is. Fact is, I doubt many of my co-workers have ever considered I have an actual speech disorder, rather they probably think I'm just very nervous, very often. What would you do in my situation, just suck it up and present either way or make a big point out of this?
