Just to help you with Google searching, it's spelt Tourette's syndrome. I would suggest seeing a doctor but to me it sounds like you just have facial movements because you are trying to speak. Tourette's is different, they are usually random jerking or facial expressions that happen involuntarily (random moments) but can sometimes worsen with stress or speaking to people. It's difficult, but I would suggest trying to reduce any tension with facial muscles or in your neck, imagine if you were perhaps speaking to someone while lying down in bed. Practice trying to use a different word if you get stuck on a word, or starting again with the same word but slowing down the entrance with the first syllable.
