Well I’ll be really honest, I used to be a chronic porn addict since school (maybe because it released a lot of the anxiety I faced on a daily basis because of my really bad stutter), a few years back I noticed that there was there weird phases were my speech was dramatically improved and figured that it was during phases were for some reason I abstained from pornography, so I joined NoFap and voila, my speech is nearly fluent in most situations, and is still getter better. I can’t explain it but abstinence and semen retention somehow made think slow and less frantically while speaking, resulting in the entire sentence “preloading” to vanish.
