1. a) How can I deal with the negative thoughts: -> your thoughts and confidence makes more impact here. Confidence increases by practicing things. If I know, I stutter at 'L' then use umm/ahhh these words before saying the word starts with L. Take breath and talk. b) I can deal with the negative thought by learning to: *ignore the thought (result: thought is gone. For example: fading the thought or distraction) *not caring about thought (result: thought is there but doesn't influence stutterfree) *change thought to positive thought (result: thought changes to 'I will speak the letter L without stutter') How can I improve this? Please explain in detail. -> you stutter at Letter L because you fixed this thought in your mind. So practice words starts with L in front of people or at grocery shop, this will help you to remove the stuttering though starts with a particular letter. Above are my own thoughts. do breathing exercise and meditation daily, this will help you to keep calm.
