Embarrassing Stutter Story. So I have a minor stutter but for some reason it has gotten worse over the last year. This happened a while ago when I was working as a Pharmacy Assistant everything was going fine I barely stuttered then one morning I was taking a prescription charge which is eight pounds five pence (in england) I was letting the customer know that would be 8.05 please but it came out so wrong it was more like ............... eeeeeeeeeeehhhhh eeeehhhh ehhhhh eeeeeiight twenty please it was the worse I've stuttered in ages. The other workers were making some jokes and laughing at me. The customer just gave me this weird look as if I wasn't human, it was busy and other customers waiting gave me weird looks too. I was so annoyed I just wanted to go home and never return it was the worse day ever and felt down for the rest of the day.
