I know where you are coming from. I have stuttered my whole life but can really remember it being a problem in the 3rd grade. I have come a long way and have become very fluent in my daily routine/ activities. But in some social situations I just freeze up. I also have my good and bad days. Fast forward to a few months ago I graduated college with a bachelors degree in computer information systems. When I started applying for jobs... at the end of the application it asks if you have a disability... but speech impediment/ stuttering was not on there. I thought about clicking other and typing speech impediment, but i chose not to. I cant let stuttering define me like I have in the past. I looked at it as starting a new chapter of my life and maturing as a person and as a stutterer.
