Hey, I'm 30 now and I've been stuttering since I can remember. Yes I've had my share of hard times at school and even college, I quit college twice because of all the discrimination and being laughed at. But now, I regret it, although I haven't seen an improvement in my stuttering, I recently got my college degree just last year. The only thing that I regret is letting those bullies get to me and not doing what I wanted to do in life, I feel more confident now. It is who you are and at your age, with therapy, I'm sure you can talk normal in no time. Just know that stuttering doesn't change who you are. Be confident and do what you want to. I'm sure when those bullies understand what they're doing, they'll feel bad about it. Might not be today or tomorrow, but someday.
