Yeah, it's not really a solvable conundrum. Unless we're able to drum up a quick explanation, but that's not exactly reliable, since we might stutter on that as well. I used to hate being on the phone, but it's part of my job now, so I had to deal with it. Being comfortable with the situation certainly helps, I'd say.
