Hey mate I’ve did the McGuire Programme and it’s definitely helped me gain more confidence in my speech, it takes time and there’s a lot of natural setbacks but worth it. I know it’s a bit more expensive these days but you can easily look up the methods online. Just know that there’s a while community that support and encourage you yo keep going
