The one thing I would've wanted to know at 16 is about the NSA, if you live in america (or even canada). I went to my first conference after college and if I went when I was still in HS I think it would've helped a LOT. It's probably too late for this year's conference, but go to next years. It's the single best piece of advice i can give.
