Yeah I know what you mean. Struggling to get words out means that it’s harder to control your tone of voice, and tone is so incredibly important for communication. One thing I do is smile and laugh when I sound angrier or harsher than I intended, or I sort of cough or make some kind neutral sound to counteract the harsh sound or whatever jt was.
