Is your stutter worst in foreign language?

Is your stutter worst in foreign language? English is not my native language, but I'm really good at it. I have a C1 and I even got a damn high grade on my speaking test. Recently I started to speak some sentences in English to myself and I barely stutter. When I'm talking in my native language and I have to say the name od something in English (like a band name) I always stutter badly and pretend I don't remember. I wish I could actually talk to someone in English. Talking to myself is easy, I wish I could have a real conversation in English with someone.
