I found accepting my stutter to be the most beneficial thing for my speech. I stuttered throughout my life, severely to the point I got rejected from most jobs i’ve ever applied to by the time I graduated college. Its not something you want to hear or something you’re tired of hearing but might be something you need to embrace. I took an intensive speech therapy program when I was 23, which drastically changed the way I spoke and how I viewed myself.. i’ve started my interviews with “before we begin, I want to let you know that I am working on my stutter..” and it usually knocks the edge off and it shows them you are an honest communicator
