Yes, had a similar situation. Crushed first interview and then stuttered more than usual on final interview. The interviewer brought up my stuttering and asked if it would be an issue. She then asked me to prepare a presentation to present to her manager to confirm it wouldn't be an issue. I initially said I would and then decided against it as I didn't want to be treated poorly. Just move forward and find a workplace where they don't treat you any differently.
