Something that helps immensely in presentations or speeches or interviews I practice with people. I realized that I do this a lot with my husband, and even close friends. when I had OSCE (Objective Structured clinical exams), I would practice on everyone - first the dogs, then friends, then neighbors, then airbnb guests, then anyone who would say yes. And in the actual Osce which is timed BtW, I would routinely get 98%-100% because I did it perfectly. I know obviously not everyone has that many people willing to listen, but Ive found that people love being medically examined for free. I duplicate this for interviews and presentations, if you are with me, prepare to sacrifice at least 5-10 minutes of your life helping my education.
