Yes, I agree! I’ve had a job for 3 years where I would need to communicate with customers and suppliers often and at first I was DREADING making phone calls. But as time went on I would rather call the person if I was on good terms with them instead of writing back emails since it could take a long time for them to respond and I was constantly busy 😄.
