yeah you are right, i was wondering if its worth it. I've read Lee Lovett book "How to stop stuttering and love speaking" wherein he talks about methods similar to yours like doing voluntary repetitions and said never to do it so i was wondering if its fine to do it. I followed his techniques for quite few days and it worked but due to some bullshit reasons i stopped doing it. I like your idealogy about curing stuttering, you have the concept of facing fear but lee lovett have the concept of avoiding fear and speaking fluently ( using some techniques ) more than stuttering so your memories of you speaking fluently is much more than stuttering. Thats how he cured his stuttering using neuroplasticity. I have also read John C. Harrison stuttering book wherein he too weighs on neuroplasticity as his way to curing sutttering. But thanks for the reply
