Omggggg, big respect to the stutterer in the speech and debate club!!! They’re absolutely brave and courageous. I think they’re pretty aware of their stutter and they joined ur organization to improve their speech and explore their life interests. What I recommend is try asking them if there is anything that u can help them and say like “if there are any concerns u have, don’t hesitate to let me know.” Also be patient to the stutterer at all times and tysm for being so compassionate to ask for advice to help one of ur club members especially a stutterer!! :D
