It's not fair how interviews are set up vs stutterers. I'm currently working and my manager fortunately saw through me stumbling and looked at my resume and skills then hired me anyways. There are good people out there still and trust me you'll find em! There are also a bunch of dickheads who are in charge and will silently disrespect you and those moments you just feel like telling them to fuck off lol
