I get where you are coming from. It's ok to have some fear. But beak taken over by it is another thing. It can be really, really, hard to talk to knew people, and never think you are alone in this. The truth of the matter is... everyone has their own lives. Not that many (mature) people really truly care that you stutter. Im not in college yet, Im only in high school. let me tell you, teenagers are asses. But when you show people "hey, I stutter, but I dont really care" they stop caring too. It took me a long time to realize this, but its true. Learn to embrace your stutter, look them dead in the eye, and stutter through that sentence even if it takes all the time in the world. Its obviously different in different environments, but just try to ask someone for something like a pen. The small things help you build confidence to where you can start having full on conversation.
