I use synonyms when possible or add words like the, a, and, at and I don't have as many blocks. Like "I'm on the youtube" "im going at the Walmart" lol sounds stupid but people know I just mix words around. I can't say names so I'll say hey or something. Or I'll start talking in advance since I know the words come out like 3 seconds later, if I see someone I start talking so by the time they get close to me I start talking. At restaurants I'll pretend like I'm thinking when I'm actually stuttering. I'll be like "hmm I'll have the...whatever" I already knew what I wanted but I just can't get it out in time. A trick I use is to say the drink first since I never stutter on "can I have a water" then I tell them what I want flawlessly, never fails.
