Hi, another PWD here. I would advise facing your fears and taking it as a tuition-free lesson every day. Let me explain... I started a job - as a management Consultant in a big firm. I was scared like hell because they wanted me not just to talk to the clients but to advise them, lead a team, attend a lot of calls, support sales, and later lead workshops meaning presenting in front of 20-30 people for 2 hours. Obviously I couldn't do it, but...there are always some people who will appear at the right time and help, break down the big chunk into smaller, manageable pieces and you will get better Bit by bit, every day. Jus by facing it and doing your best. Now, one year later, I can't say that I'm a superstar there but I'm doing good—no fear and anxiety from speaking. Just don't ever give up. You can do it!!
