Yes but they are adding on to the problem instead of being quiet. And usually it’s in a rude way. Most of the time it shows their impatience. And stuff like that makes stutter worse. Imagine constantly you had people tell you to “Slow down” or “Spit it out” for something you can’t control? It’s annoying. Sorry this is long.
