I do the same things. When you feel like you have to stutter, word the sentence differently. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When you're tense try to breathe from more in your belly than high up your throat. When I breathe very shallowly I stutter a lot. Having self -confidence also helps. When you dont care about your stutter you tend to be less tense which makes your stutter less. Sometimes you also just have shit days with lots of blocks.
