Try to be positive and keep working with your speech therapy. It really worked for me and I work in a job where I have to speak in meetings and cold call strangers. It gets better the more you get used to it and get out of your own head about it. That's probably the hardest part - not beating yourself up and limiting yourself because of what might happen. You never know until you try! You have a lot to be proud of, so try to enjoy your success!
