I’ve been riding along with my dad in his Piper Arrow slowly learning things and will eventually be getting my pilot’s license, but I have had the same concern with declaring things in a timely manner. Not going to stop me from doing anything I want to do. I think the only time it would be a little stressful is at a major airport where they are straight business. Personally, I would avoid flying into one of those regardless haha
