Not warring against it. Warring against it by controlling it and the fear of it. And there is no proof to say "if it doesn't work, it's your fault" isn't the case either. But the success stories, always elaborate on the amount of work they put into it and the majority of the latter stories, generally are because they lose confidence of the technique/in themselves using the technique or because they have a bad and negative attitude toward it. I suggest you read up on the programme a bit more, as I know for certain, the technique works, it's just trying to incorporate costal breathing and the 'weapons' into your everyday life. And making them become a habit, while reducing your fear.
