Anyone practising speech therapy? I'd volunteer for an hour of speech therapy per week via skype?

Anyone practising speech therapy? I'd volunteer for an hour of speech therapy per week via skype? so, i'm kinda losing voice because I'm running out of money and time to make the tuition payment. I think it would be great if there is a practising speech therapist here. Out of 4 languages i know, i can manage well only two of them. English is one of them. So if you want to practice, please let me know.
