If your able to, Something I do that personally helps me is that I put an earbud in my ear and turn on a metronome on my phone and try to find a rhythm that I can match my speech to. Something comfortable and slow but not too slow that you’re forcing yourself to slow down too much. It’s helpful for me when I get a block, I can recover and match myself back to the rhythm without trying to panic to fill in the empty space.
