Sleep deprivation and Stuttering I have always read that not sleeping enough can be extremely detrimental for your cognitive functions, however, I notice that when I am extremely tired, like being awake for 1 or more days without naps or anything, I talk a lot more fluent than when I sleep “well” or I’m not that tired, the only downside is that I feel extremely out of my mind, I feel like I’m drunk or something. Has anyone of you experienced something similar, or, actually, the opposite?
