Find a way to accept it and make it apart of you because after all, it is apart of you. I work in a kitchen and we need to tell the waiters what order we just made. I was working today from 12pm till 10pm and it was constant “beef kebab for F65D” etc. I had ups and downs with my stutter all day but when it got bad, people started guessing what I was trying to say and we turned into a game. It was a nice way to turn a frustrating thing into a laugh. Find a way to cope with it. Whether that be, telling people you’ve got a stutter, making jokes about your stutter. Just try not to avoid it Anxiety and depression are also going to happen but you’ll always get out the other end Take care of yourself, stop caring so much and try to accept yourself
