No, I have adhd i can't take 3 hours of sessions. I am also able to speak % of the 50% fluently without threapy. so I used to blame myself a lot for not trying therapy and feel guilty about it, aka being lazy. But now I have realised it's just who I am. It's impossible, and (I personally believe) discrimination to ask a stutter to be 'speak normally'. Of course, if you can or are willing to, no one shall stop you from trying. You can't call a person with 3 legs lazy if they can't walk normally, especially after they tried.
