The fact that you want a hand out for something that millions of other people can cope with and live a normal life is the only retarded thing in this subreddit. There are plenty of jobs you can get where speaking is not required. You want disability because you can't order fast food? Your stutter isn't keeping you from finding a good job, it is your negative self loathing attitude. Depression is covered under disability, you should use that route to get the SSI your looking for.
