See my friend its an illusion that you have created that k and p's are difficult ,in reality all words ,vowels consonants are same but with variation . Like you have said you dont stutter while alone Just dont try to think that k and p are difficult when you speak outside . And stuttering definition have changed to anxiety induced speech ,means when you go out you have created a habit of worrying ,anxious ,fear that people will know about your stuttering ,that is the main cause of your stuttering . If your think that you gave to speak a word ,in fluency or it would be terrible if you stutter or fear of stutter that creates more stuttering . You are a great speaker and speak fluently ,adapt positive attitudes and it will take time to be normal again. And if possible follow people who had cure it like lee g lovet ,speaking van and many more. Deep breath , diaphram breathing Rhythm and melody to your speech Pitch variation ,inotations ie to speak in a melodies way thought your vowels sound Slowdown and focus on present moment Your content and emotion in speech not the words itself, dont think of saying a world, just say it like a song Easy onsets and sliding when you get a block just try to feel the vibration of your throat that helped me a log And when you get stuck , just stop try to created the whispering of that word and and then try to say it , I stutter on I ,in en so when I get stuck I try to move my tongue to created "in" sound , I try to create movement in my mouth so that I can get pass that block and it helps sometimes DAF device have worked for people may that help you
