I've got to give you props for even doing a phone interview. I'd probably just look for something else if I knew I had to do a phone interview. It just wouldn't be possible for me. It'd be like asking a legally blind person to drive a car. I'd be nervous as hell but I can get through an in-person interview. Phone interview? NOPE.
