Disability benefits in UK

Disability benefits in UK Hello, I’m wondering if anyone on here stays in the UK and is claiming benefits because of their stutter. If so, how did the process go? I was in work the other day and my boss was telling me that he was helping an employee with apply for benefits. He said I could probably too because of my speech and my deaf ear. I looked online just there and there’s a ton of different options for under 16, over 16 and pensioners. There’s other stuff too so not sure what one I would fall under
