Write out your speech first and make sure to practice it routinely in front of the mirror, and later in front of your family or friends. When you have it memorized it will be much easier to perform because of muscle memory. It's how I got through my presentations in high school. Don't worry about a stutter here or there, nobody really cares except you. You got this!
