Sometimes at work I’ll just point to my badge and play it off in a funny way. But regardless either they will just say it for me as they read my badge or it just buys me time to get it out without them noticing bc they’re looking down at my badge now. Silly little trick but gets me over the hump usually if I’m caught off guard at work and someone is introducing themselves.
