Same boat I’ve been learning French Swedish and Spanish which all I’ve picked up quickly so far and I can say the words almost to complete fluency on my own but when I try talking above a “whisper” (not really a whisper but not abruptly loud) my brain will shut down and go blank. It’s pretty annoying but it is what it is til it ain’t but at least we’ll know the language which is better than being completely foreign to it. Edit: Spelling
