Dont quit, I sutter and I have to answer helpdesk calls everyday. Some times I sutter and sometime it doesn't happen. Its just something we deal with. I've been answering the phones for over 20 years now, you'll find a way or a technique and it will get better. Plus if they fire you, you can get unemployment.
