No, stuttering is neurological. It’s not caused by social anxiety but we can get more anxious around people because we stutter. Our brain works differently when we know we are with people and something about that triggers us to stutter but it’s not social anxiety because if it was you would be scared to speak to the people you are the most comfortable around
